The Anne Geddes My First Five Years, (the global baby record book of choice) an Anne Geddes Motherhood journal for recording thoughts, and the Anne Geddes Pregnancy journal will be featured on the Family/Parenting bay, with the cover facing out.

This is the perfect present as well as a nice compliment to when the new book Beginnings comes out on October 10th.
We have noticed that sometimes when Anne releases a new book, the first thing that some book shops do is to place the book in the photography section of the book store, sadly on the floor above or the floor below, in the corner.
Yes Anne is a photographer, yes it is a photographic book, but it is for everyone, all of you who are reading this blog.
So when the new book arrives,(10.10.10) if you can not see it at the front of the store (and we will be doing our best that it is there) ask, or pop over to the photography section, take as many as you can carry, and move them to the front where the Fans can find them!
It’s called help a Fan!! Or a new word we just invented called a "Fanship"! (friendship for fans) (oh and also Anne:)
We have just updated the Anne Geddes app on the iPhone, so check your downloads those that have it, and for those that don’t, this is a good time to check it out.

Also a very interesting figure regarding the "You are a Marvel" video on Anne’s YouTube. We are approaching 300,000 downloads in all languages, but the leading language with over 100,000 is Italian!!
Thanks to those Fans in Italy, but all other languages need to have a look to see if we can even those numbers up a little more.

We have mentioned in previous blogs, sorry, but we cannot allow other photographers to try to advertise themselves on Anne’s Facebook page. By posting their names and contacts on Anne’s page they are trying to tell you that Anne must have approved them.
Anne does not know of them and she does not endorse any other photographer as working with babies is a very special skill.
So if you sometimes see a post taken off you will understand why.
More soon on the new book, but always be careful when choosing a photographer for your babies or children.
It is always better if they are part of a recognised organisation in your country such as The Professional Photographers of America in the USA or The Australian Institute of Professional Photographers in Australia. There are many like organisations in most countries.
