Very soon we will also be able to give you some opportunities as to where you can see Anne on television and in the various magazines.

The reaction has been very nice and it will be exciting for us all.

It’s lovely to see so many Fans getting together, over 27,000 and counting, and from so many different countries.

It’s wonderful that we have such a common relationship in so many different languages and different cultures and all sharing in the love and care of children.

This is Maneesha in Sydney Australia, with her mother and her brother in front of the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Maneesha is now 16, and you would all know her from the iconic image that Anne created when Maneesha was a preemie baby at 1 kilo or 2.2 pounds.

And yes, she is in Anne’s new book Beginnings in a very special image that Anne photographed in Westmead Children’s Hospital in Sydney. It is beautiful, and will be something special to look for in Anne’s new book.

There are so many special images, over 120 in fact!!!

Also in July we will be sending you a short video that you will be able to send onto your friends showing some behind the scenes from shooting the book.

We have told you about the documentary and if we can not advise of a television station in your area, we will find a way that you can look at it on line. More about that later.

Anne is back in the studio this week after what has been a busy time ensuring that the printing was to her satisfaction.

The team at the printers were fantastic, and the result is going to be wonderful for the new book Beginnings.

Now that the printing has been approved, the book can go into full production to ensure it is ready for shipping and into the book stores in your individual countries.

We will also soon be able to send out the 100 copies to the lucky Facebook Fans for their opinion and feedback.

We are confident that you will love the book as much as we do

Another look at the Beginnings printing, without giving away anything yet regarding the content.

Anne checks every page as it comes from the press and has to sign off on each page when she is happy with the quality.

This is Anne on the right, Kelly (Anne’s daughter and camera assistant) in the middle and Relda (Anne's Print Director from New Zealand) on the left, off to the presses to supervise the printing of Beginnings!!!

The quality is really terrific and Anne is really happy with the results!! This is the best quality we believe we have ever printed with the new technology that is now available. And yes, we thought the others were good as well, but this one is just that much better.

Did I mention the images in the book are lovely! :)

This is a addition to a Facebook post/blog (#175) that we sent to Anne’s American Fans informing them that they can now pre-order Anne’s new book, Beginnings, on Amazon.

This way there will be no need to line up at the bookstore overnight and they can put away the sleeping bag :)

We know, there are many things interesting about Brazil, but for Beginnings, it is that the name of the book on the cover is the same as the English version, although any text inside is in Portuguese.

So the best of both worlds!

The name we have been talking about, and any text inside in your local language!

But for everyone, remember this is a coffee table image book showcasing Anne’s photography, so you don’t have to worry to much about text.

But it does give us an opportunity to show the cover again. :):)

Yes, it’s time for the Portuguese translation.

So far we have visited the English version for the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK, as well as Holland, and France, Germany and Italy, and now Portugal.

Anne is leaving soon from the studio in Sydney to start the printing of the book.

For all of her major coffee table books, Anne likes to be actually at the printing so that she can see for herself that the quality is to her satisfaction.

We have some of the best printers in the world printing the book, but still with this new book, like her other major titles, it is so important to Anne that she always likes to see the first print run result herself.

Hopefully we can have some photos of the printing to show you.
