#77 A caring father!!!! Have you a story??

A few weeks ago we had a lovely young couple into the studio who were having their first baby. They host their own television program which is aired on one of the Christian television stations here in Australia.

Last week they brought their new daughter into the studio to be photographed. While the baby was sleeping and her husband had dashed out for a quick coffee, the new mum told us a couple of nice stories about her husband, all in good humor of course.

She said that he is so besotted with his new daughter (as most fathers are, isn't that nice) that the other night she heard her hairdryer going and went to the bedroom to investigate (as he has a shaved head she wondered what was going on) and found him blowing the hot air onto the mattress of the new baby’s bassinette to make it warm for her when she had finished feeding!

To add to this curious behaviour she found him the other day filing the baby’s nails so that she would not scratch herself…all very kind gestures, but as the new mum pointed out, it’s high time he went back to work!
