Very often at weekends Anne comes to the studio alone to photograph flowers. She loves flowers; it is also a form of relaxation for her. It was also an important foundation for Anne’s book, Miracle, with Celine Dion.
Sometimes Anne likes to photograph only certain parts of the flowers, maybe leaves or stems or even buds. She is very interested in all aspects of nature and this is an approach that may be reflected in her new book. Stay tuned!
Anne enjoys scouring the flower shops in the area to find lovely blooms and unusual plants and flowers to photograph.
Here is a photograph of Anne at work on a Protea. An Australian paying a tribute to South Africa! (Australia and South Africa share a great sporting rivalry) The Protea is the national flower for South Africa.
