This last week I went to visit my store in Downtown Disney in Anaheim. It is always lovely to see the happy expressions on everyone's faces when they are in the store, or on their way to Disneyland and California Adventure. I hope that if any of you have the chance to visit that you will call in and tell the staff where you are from, or you can visit the store via the
web cam on my site. Make sure if you do visit the store, let your friends know when you will be there, and you can wave and say hello via the web cam.

I have ordered a doll (Grace, African American doll) in your Disney Flagship Store. I was in the store on Monday November 8, but didn't have my card with me so I called the store the next day and I bought the doll on the phone. The doll was for sale in the store, and I was expecting they will ship it soon, since it was for my mother birthday. I called back the store yesterday to ask for tracking information, and they told me they haven't ship the doll, since they are waiting for shipment to come in, and the doll in the store is just a sample. I am very disappointed, I wish I would buy the doll when I was in the store...Now I am not sure how long I have to wait. I am hoping someone can help. I ordered the doll on Tuesday.
